Fourth Of July Fireworks

The Wauseon Fire Department makes the annual Fourth Of July fireworks display possible for the Wauseon community. After a day of patriotic music, hamburgers, hot dogs, potato salad, baked beans and backyard games, citizens head towards Biddle Park for the grand American tradition, fireworks on the Fourth of July.

When the sky has grown dark, members of our local firefighting crew who are trained for this special display begin their final preparations. The fund raising for this event has been a huge undertaking, and the final blasts of light and sound let everyone who shared in the fund raising participate in the glory of the event. The expensive event would not be possible without the dedicated work of the Wauseon Fire Department. The community event suggests to family and friends alike that Wauseon knows how to celebrate the 4th of July!
